Blend the cucumbers, 2 cups of water, and mint leaves until completely smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a pitcher. Add the lime juice, sugar, and 4 cups of water, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves.
Dip the rim of a glass in chamoy (or agua fresca), then coat with Tajín. Fill the glass with ice, nestling cucumber slices and lime wedges among the ice cubes.
Garnish with a mint leaf and serve chilled.
