Salsa taquera

Salsa taqueras come in bunches! There are so many to choose from and are hard to resist. They pair with many authentic Mexican dishes which makes them special. In fact, the inspiration came from tacos. “Taqueras” means for tacos, but can be used in so many ways. This recipe has to be my favorite because its flavor comes to live when we roast the ingredients. Then, its finished with creamy pieces of goodness, avocado! Try it and you won’t get enough of it.
