Mango Salsa Recipe
This fresh mango salsa recipe is bright, colorful, and perfectly balanced with sweet, spicy, tangy flavors—easy to make and always a hit.
Ingredients
Servings: 3 cups
- 2 large mangos
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded, diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- To taste kosher salt, (2 tsp)
Instructions
- Peel the mangos and remove the flesh from the seed. Dice the mango into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the mango, bell peppers, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, and salt to taste.
- Gently mix to combine, being careful not to mash the avocado. Serve as a fresh salsa with chips or as a topping for tacos.
