Ingredients
2 ea mangos (large)
1/2 ea bell pepper, red
1/2 ea bell pepper, orange
1/2 ea red onion, medium
1 ea jalapeño
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 ea avocado
1/4 cup lime juice
Salt to taste (2 tsp kosher salt)
Directions
- For the mangos: peel and remove the flesh from the seed. Then dice into bite size pieces.
- Next, dice the bell peppers, onion and jalapeño. Chop the cilantro. Remove the skin and seed from the avocado and dice it.
- Combine all the prepped ingredients in a large bowl. Pour in the lime juice, and sprinkle the salt. Mix to combine and enjoy with chips, fish tacos, or side to carne asada.
